• Business data (business name, hours, staff, services) — to provide the Service (contract).
• Appointment data (customer names, phone numbers, times, notes) — to book and manage appointments (contract / business's instructions).
• Connected calendar data (Google Calendar tokens and events, if you connect it) — to sync bookings (consent).
• Usage and device data (IP address, browser, logs) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the Service (legitimate interests).
• Support messages — to help you (legitimate interests).

Who we share data with

• Service providers who host and run the Service (hosting, database, SMS, calendar and voice providers).
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of our product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting).
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal obligations. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.
